This month we’re finding out more about Fraser Best, our client services executive who is a big fan of the office dog as well as the flexible working DealTrak offers its employees.
Summarise your role in one paragraph:
My role involves being the first point of contact for our dealers, lenders and brokers. I help with everything from the onboarding process for a new client through to helping existing users with any queries, issues and help they need with the DealTrak system.
My day is spent working closely with the wider IT and commercial teams to ensure a seamless process for our customers.
What’s the best part of your job?
The happy atmosphere and a great set of colleagues – in and out of the office!

What’s been the most satisfying moment of your DealTrak career so far?
Receiving great feedback from my team and clients within a few months of joining.
What do you love about the DealTrak office?
It’s such an open and light space with a city centre location. We also sometimes have an office dog – which I love!
Workplace wellbeing is something which is really important at DealTrak HQ, so what’s your favourite work perk?
The flexibility to work from home. I’m usually in the office but having the option to work remotely from time to time is excellent.

Neil Watkiss. He’s always happy to help, has amazing industry knowledge and brings a cheery vibe to the office.
What are your hopes for DealTrak in the coming year?
A successful launch of our new platform.
What is the biggest challenge facing the industry over the next 12 months?
Changes in FCA regulations could affect how DealTrak – and our clients – do business in the automotive sector. dealtrak
